    The new support site is not particularly self-explanatory. For example, clicking on the blog menu item takes one to a list of submitted files rather than a list of support requests as in the previous support site. Would it be possible for you to be more specific on how you prefer that mathPACK Solver users make use of the support site?

    One of the ways I previously used the old blog site was to keep track of known but unfixed bugs in the app. Could you please provide a list of known bugs somewhere on the support site?

    Thank you very much for your suggestion. Here, we just provide a forum for the customers to post their questions or problems. Anyway, we will improve our support system. We will add FAQ and bug lists pages.

    For Blog page, we plan to use it for providing the tutorials. If anyone want to share the scripts or experience about MathPACK Solver. He or she can write an article and sent it to us, we will be delighted to post it on our Blog page and will give the credit to the author.
